You are paying for two tools to disagree with each other.

Project management with time tracking inside the task, so the hours you bill reconcile to the work you did.

Prices are each vendor’s published list price for the plan a small studio needs, taken from their pricing pages. Click counts are from the current web apps, counted by hand. If any of this stops being true, tell us and we will change it.

What we are not going to pretend

  • ClickUp does more than this. Whiteboards, mind maps, automations, chat and an AI suite — if you use those, this is not a replacement.
  • Toggl's desktop app tracks what you actually had open. We do not, and we are not going to ship a background process that reads window titles.
  • We have no mobile app yet. The web app works on a phone; that is not the same thing.
  • We are new. If you need a decade of SOC 2 reports, come back later and we will be glad to see you.
Is this a ClickUp clone?
It is a rebuild of the parts of ClickUp and Toggl Track that a studio actually uses, merged so the hours attach to the work. None of their code, design, copy or assets — the whole thing was written from scratch against public documentation.
Can I import from ClickUp or Toggl?
CSV import for tasks and time entries, which covers the export both of them give you. Direct API import is on the list, and we will build it for any team that needs it to move.
What happens to my hours if I delete a task?
They stay. Time entries point at a task with ON DELETE SET NULL, in the database and in the code. Deleting a task has never been a reason to lose billable time.
Can clients see their project?
Guests can be added to a single list, see only that list, and cost nothing on the Team plan. They cannot see rates, other clients, or anyone's hours but their own.
Where is the data?
Postgres in the region you choose, backed up continuously, with row level security so a missing filter in our code cannot show you another workspace's rows. You can export everything, at any time, without asking us.
What if we stop paying?
The workspace goes read-only, nothing is deleted for twelve months, and export keeps working the whole time. Holding data hostage is not a business model we are interested in.
