Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026
Plain terms for a small product. If anything here reads as a trick, tell us and we will rewrite it — we would rather be understood than protected by a sentence nobody finished.
What you are agreeing to
By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you are allowed to.
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you — pricing, data handling, your rights — we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel without penalty.
Your data is yours
You own everything you put in. We store and process it to run the service and for nothing else. We do not sell it, mine it for advertising, or train models on it.
Export works on every plan, including the free one, and keeps working after you stop paying.
Paying, and stopping
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance, per active person. Adding someone mid-cycle is prorated; removing someone credits the next invoice.
Cancel whenever you like, from the app, without emailing anyone. Your workspace goes read-only at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted for twelve months after that.
If we put prices up, existing workspaces keep their price for twelve months.
What we expect from you
Do not use the service to break the law, to store other people's data without the right to, or to attack it or anyone on it.
Do not resell access, or run automated load against it without telling us first. Ask and we will usually say yes.
What you can expect from us
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on paid plans and publish incidents rather than quietly fixing them.
We will give you 90 days' notice before shutting the service down, with export working throughout. A product that disappears over a weekend is not acceptable, and we will not be that.
The legal minimum
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
