Follow one hour from the task to the invoice.

Project management with time tracking inside the task, so the hours you bill reconcile to the work you did. Here is the whole path, with nobody re-keying anything along it.

  1. 09:42

You click start on a row

Not a separate app. Not a dropdown. The row you were already reading, in the list you were already in.

  2. 11:27

    You close the laptop

The entry is a row with a start and no stop. Elapsed is worked out from the start, so nothing is counting and nothing can drift. When you open it again, it is simply right.

  3. 17:30

    The week fills itself in

Every entry lands in the timesheet against the task it belongs to. The only thing left to do is check it and send it.

  4. Friday

    Someone approves it

Submitted weeks lock. The hours stop moving, so Monday's report says the same thing on Tuesday.

  5. Month end

    The invoice is already written

Billable hours at each person's rate, grouped by client, exported as a CSV your accountant will accept without a conversation.
